The police provided them with this video the next day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Please view the body cam video above and screenshots below of the officer&#8217;s arm rubbing against a rape victim&#8217;s left breast and grabbing her leg!&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div><strong>Our rights don&#8217;t end where your fear begins! <\/strong>It takes less than one minute to see Erica&#8217;s Fourth Amendment rights violated in this video.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>The Constitution, through the Fourth Amendment, protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures by the government.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>There was no warrant, no probable cause, and no exigent circumstance.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>She did not consent to a search.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Erica walked to her car a free person.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>She was receiving mental health care on the curtilage of her property.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Police were only there to observe. We did NOT call or want police involvement AT ALL.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>The officer who attacked Erica has a history of disregarding orders, lying to superiors, and improper pursuit.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Police claim Erica may have had a weapon in her car as justification after the fact. The body cam shows he just wanted her keys.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Reports claim Erica drove away at a fast speed. The body cam shows she went away slowly.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>This was a mobile crisis call, NOT a well person check<\/li>\n<li>Body Cam shows HIPPA-protected mental health crisis evaluation being conducted.<\/li>\n<li>The worker says \u201cperfect\u201d to Erica going to the car to vape, awaiting ambulance.<\/li>\n<li>Officer Kieselback opens Erica&#8217;s car door and says ok plug in the vape (for the plug to work the car must be running) but then says give me the keys. Contradicting\/confusing.<\/li>\n<li>The officer then proceeded to jump across her lap. <strong>His arm contacts\/rubs her breast <\/strong><strong>and his hands grab her leg<\/strong> (see screenshots below) as he hovers over her body<br>and tries to grab her keys, which are electronic and in her pocket.<\/li>\n<li>The only thing in her hand was her vape, which she (<strong>a car rape victim at age 12<\/strong>) throws at him, and tries to escape his illegal, unlawful attack.<\/li>\n<li>Her action was self-defense against Officer Kieselback to defend herself from what a reasonable person would believe to be the use of unlawful physical force.<\/li>\n<li>Kieselback was on probation at Suffield CT for improper pursuit.
