Body Cam Erica Verona May 21, 2024
- CLICK HERE for a direct link to the above video.
- CLICK HERE for a direct link to a second video showing the violation of Erica’s HIPPA rights by allowing the officer to record a crisis interview.
Please note that this violation of HIPPA’s protection of privacy rights was broadcast on Connecticut’s largest news station, channel 3. The police provided them with this video the next day.
Please view the body cam video above and screenshots below of the officer’s arm rubbing against a rape victim’s left breast and grabbing her leg!
-
Our rights don’t end where your fear begins! It takes less than one minute to see Erica’s Fourth Amendment rights violated in this video.
-
The Constitution, through the Fourth Amendment, protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures by the government.
-
There was no warrant, no probable cause, and no exigent circumstance.
-
She did not consent to a search.
-
Erica walked to her car a free person.
-
She was receiving mental health care on the curtilage of her property.
-
Police were only there to observe. We did NOT call or want police involvement AT ALL.
-
The officer who attacked Erica has a history of disregarding orders, lying to superiors, and improper pursuit.
-
Police claim Erica may have had a weapon in her car as justification after the fact. The body cam shows he just wanted her keys.
-
Reports claim Erica drove away at a fast speed. The body cam shows she went away slowly.
- This was a mobile crisis call, NOT a well person check
- Body Cam shows HIPPA-protected mental health crisis evaluation being conducted.
- The worker says “perfect” to Erica going to the car to vape, awaiting ambulance.
- Officer Kieselback opens Erica’s car door and says ok plug in the vape (for the plug to work the car must be running) but then says give me the keys. Contradicting/confusing.
- The officer then proceeded to jump across her lap. His arm contacts/rubs her breast and his hands grab her leg (see screenshots below) as he hovers over her body
and tries to grab her keys, which are electronic and in her pocket. - The only thing in her hand was her vape, which she (a car rape victim at age 12) throws at him, and tries to escape his illegal, unlawful attack.
- Her action was self-defense against Officer Kieselback to defend herself from what a reasonable person would believe to be the use of unlawful physical force.
- Kieselback was on probation at Suffield CT for improper pursuit. He just can’t help it!

on their fb page they cut out the part of them going up to her and grabbing a PTSD victim.
She said she would peacefully go with the social worker she just wanted to plug in her vape
the officers had no reason doing this.
- After telling her it’s ok she plugs in her vape and says to leave the door open (She has no issue with leaving door open) and asks for her keys.
- Look how close the officer is to a victim who was raped in a car at age 12 with PTSD!
- They stated in their report the fear of a weapon. Obvious LIE! This officer could clearly see there was ZERO threat of a weapon.
- Officer still not concerned about a possible weapon.
- Erica has a vape in her right hand and officer has arm rubbing on her left breast!
- View officer’s arm still rubbing her left breast and hand grabs her leg. This is a girl who was raped in a car at 12 years old and suffers PTSD! The officers are well aware of this.
